We are seeking an experienced employee who works well with others. Experience in pre-authorizations, marketing and helping to grow a plastic surgery practice is a must. The person needs two years experience and needs to be detail oriented with college degree. The job requires employee to answer phones, coordinate schedules, add patient information into the EMR system, marketing and have discussions with patients about procedures.

Greet and Check-In /Out all Existing Patients and Collect Co-pays and Payments
Book and Coordinate Surgeries
Check Insurance Benefits Check and Authorizations (If Applicable)
Discuss procedures and walk through pre and post op instructions.

Must Have:
Two years of managerial experience and a passion for growing a business.
Proven financial planning and financial management skills
Have Knowledge of legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance compliance
Be Compassionate, excellent at customer service and working with patients.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks as required.
To create and uphold an atmosphere of mutual respect, trust, equality, and integrity from the ground up, as a unified team.
Salary: Approximately 25-35 per hour depending on experience.
