We are searching for a Medical Records Clerk to join us to maintenance of patient records at our home health care facility. A Medical Records Clerk or similar role requires a proven work experience for the ideal candidate. Should have proficiency in information management programs and MS Office, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a high school graduate and have a California ID or work permit.
Have satisfactory references from previous (or current) employers and/or school, and professional peers.
Have excellent observation, good clinical judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision; has good organizational skills.
