We are looking for an Oral Surgery Assistant to join our single office team. Our practice prides itself on providing a positive experience for our patients. Our ideal candidate is a reliable and caring team player with a strong work ethic, professional, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
Oral Surgery Assistant position duties include:
- Assisting in surgical procedures
- Sedation and airway management
- Sterilizing instruments
- Setting up and cleaning up rooms
- Reviewing postoperative instructions with patients
- Taking inventory of surgical supplies
- Ordering surgical supplies
- Light office duties
Education Requirement: High School or equivalent
Other Requirements
- X-Ray certification
- Experience assisting in dentistry or Oral Surgery
Preferences
- Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant Licensure
- ACLS certification
