We are a busy orthopedic group and surgery center in Sherman Oaks seeking a part-time Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience. This position has potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws
Assist with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections — familiarity is a plus
Support clinical staff with patient care
Provide front office assistance (check-in/out, phones, scheduling)
Help with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be a Medical Assistant (certification not required)
Phlebotomy experience required
Familiarity with PRP procedures is a plus
Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Schedule: Part-time; specific days/hours discussed during interview
