We are currently hiring for Personal Care Assistants.
We have several positions available. Must have experience and be able to perform all the functions needed for these cases: light cooking, community excursions, walks, and light housekeeping.

Job Title: Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
Duties may include, but are Not Limited to:
Provide light housekeeping and laundry
Menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking
Feeding, dressing, and bathing
Change clothing or diapers
Run errands
Community excursions
Shopping
Provide support and care
Attend appointments
Keep a daily log of activities
Attend company training and events
Participation in the development of objectives with clients for the preparation of annual and semi-annual progress reports.
Attend mandatory monthly and quarterly staff meetings with your program manager or Executive Director.
Maintain current information in the case records.
Report directly to the Program Manager.
Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be able to be a team player
Must be available to work your shifts even if they fall on holidays
Qualifications:
One year of related work experience with people with developmental disabilities
Ability to perform all required functions
Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Excellent oral, written communication, and organizational skills
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Pass criminal background check
Great bedside manner
Be available
Friendly, Responsible, and proactive
