Job Summary:
We are seeking a PART TIME friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and support the pharmacy staff in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate cash register, process sales, returns, and payments accurately
Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining a clean work environment
Provide support to pharmacy staff
Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (pharmacy experience a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED
