Part-time, COMPANION/DRIVER NEEDED for Active Elderly Woman (Belmont Shore, Long Beach)
STARTING Immediately. 1-2 days /week with occasional nights. We will also need you for 2 FULL WEEKS TO LIVE-IN for early December while the other caretakers are on vacation.
We currently have a team of 2 women who work together on a rotating schedule to insure full time coverage. We want to add another part-time person to the team.
Looking for a mature FEMALE companion to be with our elderly mother who is feisty, intelligent and legally blind. She is in good health, active with friends and family and goes to the Senior University several hours each day. She lives in a beautiful home in Belmont Shore.
Daily duties include driving, light cleaning, errands, helping with mail and tasks around the house. This is an ideal situation for a friendly mature woman with some caregiving experience. Salary commensurate with professional qualifications. The successful candidate will

speak, read and write English
be comfortable cleaning up after an elderly woman
have basic computer skills
willing to have occasionally sleepovers to relieve other caregivers
