A Medicare certified home health care agency located in heart of LA seeking RN on per diem basis (2 days/week) and visiting RN. The RN work as a Case Manager to perform administrative clinical work. This includes preparing patients' Plan of Treatment, review assessments and progress note. Also communicate with physicians and case managers. This position pays $32/hour for office work.
The RN work as visiting nurse to do patients' visits in East LA area, and downtown LA. The rate for visiting RN is 110/initial assessment visit.
Valid RN CA license required among other credentials. New graduates are welcome to apply. Training and Orientation is provided.
