We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients in various healthcare settings. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to manage complex patient needs effectively.
Duties
Assess and monitor patient health by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, including home community care practices.
Utilize skills in airway management, gastric lavage, and other critical interventions as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records using ICD-9 coding for documentation purposes.
Assist in specialized areas such as mammography, internal medicine, and ophthalmology when required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
Experience or training in airway management, gastric lavage, and discharge planning is preferred.
Familiarity with ICD-9 coding is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
