RN's & LVN'S Needed Immediately
Hours: Per diem/part time
Description
Provide exceptional nursing care to patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health, document, and timely report any changes.
Assess patient and develop care plans.
Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and post-discharge care.
Requirements:
Valid California RN/LVN license.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Highly skilled RN with experiences in IV, PICC/Central lines, wound care etc.
High skilled LVN with experiences in wound care, G tube feeding, ostomy cares, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to trouble shoot situations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
