We have a beautiful bright 3 year old with cerebral palsy that we are looking for support.
1 full time aide - Full Day, Weekdays
1 part time speech therapist - Hours/Days Vary
School Aide
Child will need help with gross motor mobility as well as fine motor function. Includes all infant/toddler care such as diaper change, assistance in feeding, clothing, playing, learning, as well as dressing in special gear (theratog, afos, hand splints, supination straps). Hands on help in facilitating play while standing, help/movements in attempted walking etc. Preferred experience with children with cerebral palsy, will train in how to handle and support her in every setting.
Speech Therapy
Looking for part time in-home speech therapist with knowledge and experience working with children with cerebral palsy. Our child is very social and cognitively advanced with many words and sentences - need someone that can elevate her and advance her to her highest potential for her age group. Hands on help in oral exercises, chewing, tongue movement and enunciating, promoting and expanding her use of her mouth, cheeks, jaw, etc.
