Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM and GNA positions, from creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for GTM (sales, marketing, customer success) and GNA (HR, finance, legal, operations) roles.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop tailored job descriptions, and ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide candidates with a positive and informative experience throughout the process.Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both active and future roles, ensuring that we can move quickly when needs arise.Offer Negotiation & Closing: Manage offer process, including presenting job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting, as well as trends specific to GTM and GNA roles in the software industry.Qualifications:Proven experience (4+ years) as a recruiter, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (sales, marketing, customer success) and General & Administrative (HR, legal, finance, operations) roles, ideally within the software or tech industry.Strong understanding of GTM and GNA functions and their key hiring needs.Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software/tools.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
