Job Description:
Setting up applicant interviews
Reviewing/ Filing documents
Updating / Maintaining personnel logs
Policy compliance assistance
Effective employee communications
Assistance with other clerical tasks
Requirements:
Excellent computer and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Federal/State labor laws or desire to learn
Ability to multi-task in an organized manner
Must be resourceful and use ALL tools available to research tasks or items required
Ability to pay high attention to details
Good time management skills
Must be able to cope intelligently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Must work as a collaborative team member with other departments to ensure satisfactory completion of departments tasks
Ability to take direction and follow company policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
Computer literacy, must have experience using Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Ability to complete / maintain accurate and timely data entry, logs, etc
Ability to meet company attendance requirements including but not limited to flexible hours, be reliable and punctual.
