Looking for an experienced Onsite Staffing Specialist for the Los Angeles area (Santa Fe Springs). Experience working in Warehouse/Logistics environment and is capable to fill the orders for temporary employees requested by the client.
As an onsite supervisor you will have the following responsibilities:
Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the customer's organization and deliver good customer
service.
Work with the customer's team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements.
Hire and conduct new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper
transition to assignment.
Manage daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy.
Informs temporary employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance.
Make sure employees follow safety policies for client and agency.
Conduct accident investigations and report of injury with Agency and customer safety department as needed.
Communicate regularly on account status to the Agency
Duties
Participate in the customer's meetings as appropriate to stay informed of the operations.
Participate in team off-site recruiting activities
Achieve staffing objectives of client, establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate database
Follow client specific hiring requirements (drug screening, background checks, skills’ testing, etc.)
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
