Direct Hire in Diamond Bar, near 57/60 freeway (onsite)
Seeking an experienced Recruiter with 2+ years professional services full cycle recruiting experience to support recruiting efforts for a legal search firm. Responsibilities include sourcing/screening and providing qualified candidates to law firm clients for temporary and direct hire positions, crafting candidate presentation emails, scheduling interviews/phone screenings with hiring managers, obtaining feedback, presenting, and negotiating candidate offers/bill rates, conducting reference/background checks, and follow-up of onboarding. Other duties include resume proofreading; accurate HRIS/ATS database maintenance; ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; creating attractive job descriptions and emails for candidate direct messaging and contact through LinkedIn/Indeed.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Hours are 9:30am-5:30pm in office (40-hour week)
Base salary range is $62,000-$68,000 annually plus quarterly commission and competitive benefits
