I’m looking for a freelance recruiter or someone with strong hiring experience to help me find a great personal assistant for a private household role in Los Angeles (Brentwood area). This is an hourly, project-based role—likely 10–20 hours over a few weeks.
You’ll be responsible for:
Helping write and post the job ad
Recommending where to post it
Reviewing applicants and identifying top candidates
Going through resumes with me
Assisting with or conducting initial interviews
Helping coordinate the hiring process through final selection
This is ideal for someone who’s hired PAs, executive assistants, or household staff before—or just has a sharp eye for strong, grounded, professional candidates.
