We are a logistics company located in the city of Rancho Dominguez currently looking for a maintenance lead responsible for cleaning, organizing the facility, yard/dock space and public areas.
Requirements:
Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed by management along with routine upkeep of exterior areas, yard, and parking lot.
Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders from management.
Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.
Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests set forth by management.
Willingness and availability to work OT with prior notice.
Willingness to work early morning or late shifts with the ability to work well under minimal supervision.
Capacity to take direction with strong attention to detail.
Ensure that the highest degree of sanitation and housekeeping is maintained.
Advise management on pest control services as needed and or unsafe and unsanitary working conditions.
Use on occasion, power equipment as required, handcarts, forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
Willing to work outside no matter what working conditions or weather may be.
Skills:
At least 12-18 months maintenance lead experience
Forklift experience (certifications required)
Prior experience with minor carpentry and plumbing work
Prior experience with minor electrical work is a plus.
Computer experience is a plus.
Must be Bilingual.
Must Be Bilingual in English and Spanish
Schedule: 1st Shift Fri-Mon 6AM – 2PM / 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2PM-3a
Pay: starting: $23-25/HR
