We are a 3PL currently seeking a full-time warehouse manager, responsible for strategic leadership and daily
execution of warehouse operations. Also included but not limited to inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment,
dock management and overall inventory control.
Job responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure execution of inbound/outbound container scheduling through the Monday Inbound Log,
maintaining visibility and timeliness of dock appointments.
Maintain visibility over LTL/FTL fulfillment and trailer loading, confirming proper documentation, BOLs, and photo
capture is completed and uploaded to the Monday Outbound Board.
Supervise inbound receiving activity, ensuring floor- and pallet-loaded shipments are offloaded and transferred
to receiving in alignment with SLA expectations.
Ensure accountability for receiving accuracy, timely data entry into Extensiv, and dock-to-stock SLA compliance.
Monitor labeling standards to ensure inventory accuracy and capture of all billable services.
Provide oversight into transloading and cross-docking operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications
and internal workflows.
Ensure all outbound packing, QC, and shipping processes are executed accurately and on time, with appropriate
void fill, labeling, and routing compliance.
Track performance to monthly labor profitability targets and collaborate with management on labor dashboard
insights and operational improvements.
Directly supervise warehouse leads and hourly staff across inbound, outbound, and project teams; set daily
expectations, hold staff accountable, and coach for performance.
Monitor staffing levels, coordinate with temp agencies, oversee daily labor tracking/ allocations and ensure
compliance with wage/hour laws.
Manage all heavy equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained, safely operated by staff, and tracked in an upto-
date equipment inventory log.
Ensure a safe and compliant warehouse environment by enforcing PPE use, daily forklift inspections, and hazard
monitoring; maintain adherence to OSHA regulations and stay current on state and municipal safety standards.

Scheduled: Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM (OT if needed)

Pay: $28 - $30/ HR
