We are currently looking for experienced, dependable and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician four our multiple properties within the Greater Los Angeles area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General repairs: Painting, light fixtures, carpentry, doors, etc.
Turnover work: Painting, patches, drywall, light plumbing repairs, light electrical
Routine maintenance and occasional emergency calls
Other functions as may be required by the position and/or directed by immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as a handyman or maintenance tech
Reliable transportation (truck/van preferred)
Basic handyman tools
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of typical rental property repairs
Basic computer and admin skills
Competitive hourly rate based on experience + mileage reimbursement (if hired as a Rover)
