Appliance repair technician (Los Angeles county &Orange County)

Briefly about the job and required skills:
The job is very challenging, and this is not an exaggeration. Every day, even after years, you will encounter new appliances, new designs, and new problems. Household appliances continue to be produced, and their engineering constantly changes. We work with almost all brands and ages of household appliances.
This is a whole separate world.
You will need to patiently test each appliance, identify the problem, then sell the repair to the customer, and only then fix the defect.

Logical thinking (troubleshooting) (!)

Adequacy and positivity (!)
Honesty and integrity (!)
Careful handling of the customer's property (the appliance itself, floors, walls, etc.)
Fluent English
If you have no experience, you will need to accompany an experienced technician for 2-4 weeks to get basic knowledge before you can start working independently in the field. During this time, no salary is provided. Ideally, you would study repairs in the morning and afternoon and work in the evenings on a flexible schedule on the side (Uber etc).
Experience with engineering / mechanism is important, but if you have all the skills listed above, you can learn from scratch.
The work is challenging, but very interesting and diverse. The relationships within the company are friendly and comfortable.
Experienced tech can earn $8k per month
