Join Our Team as a Car Wash Attendant!
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Express Car Wash Attendant in the city of Pico Rivera, to provide excellent customer service while using a mobile register device to charge customers for their car wash. In this role, you’ll also promote and sell our affordable monthly car wash memberships and upsell higher-tier options to maximize customer value. If you have great communication skills, a knack for sales, have worked in any (Fast Food) Chain and are comfortable with basic tech, we’d love to have you on our team! Help us deliver a smooth, stress-free Express Car Wash experience.
Some of the duties include:
Processing and entering customer orders with precision, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Handling administrative tasks, including processing invoices and managing work orders
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
Proficiency with basic computer applications and strong data entry skills
A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail
Experience in the Customers service, either in sales of fast food industry.
Willingness to learn scope of services and memberships.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
