Career Change for Outdoor & Construction Workers – Work with Animals!

Tired of Construction or Labor Jobs with No Heart?

Trade in your hard hat for a leash. If you’ve been working outdoors in construction, landscaping, or other physically demanding jobs, this is your chance to put that same work ethic toward something that truly matters: caring for rescued animals.

About the Role

This is not an office job. It’s an active, outdoor position where your day is filled with animals — not clients or sales. You’ll be directly involved in their daily care, making sure they are healthy, happy, and thriving.

What You’ll Do:

Spend your days working outdoors alongside dogs and other animals

Handle daily care: feeding, cleaning, exercising, and enrichment activities

Walk hills, navigate uneven terrain, and lift heavy supplies (50+ lbs)

Work in all weather conditions: sun, wind, or rain

Support animal health with opportunities to learn basic veterinary care

What We’re Looking For

Background in construction, landscaping, agriculture, or similar outdoor/manual labor fields

Strong and comfortable with physical work — lifting, bending, being on your feet all day

Open and flexible availability (we operate 7 days a week)

Above all: a true love for animals and a desire to make a difference

Why You’ll Love Working Here

No customers, no sales — just animals

A workplace filled with purpose and compassion

Opportunities to build new skills in animal care and veterinary support

Reliable full-time hours (40+ per week)

The satisfaction of knowing your work directly improves lives

Ready to Make the Change?

If you’re ready to use your strength and work ethic in a career that gives back, we want to hear from you.

Send us your resume and best contact number today.
