We are looking for that special individual who will be able to help with all-around daily operations for pottery studios in Los Angeles. Some duties include (but not limited to) general cleanup, outside grounds cleanup, organization, stocking of clay and other items, recycling of clay, loading and unloading kilns, transport of items from one studio to the other, pickup of items. No previous pottery or ceramic skills are necessary. We will train for more technical duties.
You must:
1) Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
2) Have your own transportation with a valid driver's license
3) Have good organizational skills
4) Have the patience to handle delicate items
5) Be okay with "dirty jobs", i.e. dealing with clay and cleaning of clay debris and waste.
Desirable, but not necessary:
1) Construction and repair knowledge
2) Computer skills/ smartphone capable
