Position Overview
We are seeking Mandarin-speaking General Labor Associates to join our team at a 3PL warehouse. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in physically active jobs, enjoy teamwork, and are ready to grow with a forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and sorting shipments.
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
Organize and maintain inventory.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Follow instructions and safety guidelines provided by supervisors.
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin (required).
Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
