DREAM CLEAN is a woman-owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Beach Cities. We are looking for a steady and reliable person who genuinely likes to clean and wants part-time work on a dependable and respectful team.

About the Job
- Part time. About 20 hrs a week. Some weeks up to 30
- Weekday schedule (mostly) with holidays off
- Work in teams of 2 to 4
- Clean beautiful homes and small businesses in the Beach Cities
- Follow our simple eco-friendly cleaning methods
- Start your day either at HQ or drive directly to the job site
- Use your car. Mileage is reimbursed
- Paid sick time and paid time off
- Bi-weekly pay
Pay
- $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience

Requirements - please apply only if you meet these:
- Live within 10 miles of the Beach Cities
- Proficient in English
- Have a reliable, insured, registered car
- Able to lift 20 pounds
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and physical job
- No smoking, toking or vaping on jobs or in vehicles
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Background checks are not required.
Job Duties
- Greet clients and understand their cleaning needs
- Dust, vacuum, mop, scour kitchens and bathrooms
- Follow our cleaning process safely and consistently
- Communicate with your team and leadership
- Transport yourself and equipment between jobs
- Protect client homes and provide excellent service
