We are seeking a custodian to perform the following duties:
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces, windows, and mirrors.
Waste Management: Collect and empty trash and recycling bins.
Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, and restock supplies such as soap and paper towels.
Maintenance: Responsible for repairs and addressing maintenance issues across various buildings and properties.
Safety: Identify and address hazards (e.g., closing off wet floors) and assist with building security during emergencies.
