City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for Janitor to join our expanding team in the area!
For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect commercial office cubicles and common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, and meeting areas
Clean and maintain flooring including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles
Clean interior windows and keep ledges free of dust and debris
Routine and high dusting (blinds, pictures, furniture, etc) when needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the methods, materials, and equipment used in janitorial work
Knowledge of general safety practices and procedures related to custodial/maintenance work.
Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to, mop buckets and furniture, weighing up to 55 pounds.
Self-motivated and goal driven
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.28 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Work Location: In person
