Delivery Driver
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload product at customer locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status or address any concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks.
-No Special Drivers License needed. This is a Delivery Van you will drive.
-Must Be Dependable. No constant call outs, coming in late or leaving early.
Must be able to work a full 40hr shift plus OT when needed. Routes are scheduled ahead and we depend on our drivers to be here and on time daily. We are looking for someone who is Reliable, healthy and very responsible.
Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with Can Do Attitude.
Note: Experience delivery drivers, working in a warehouse, or as a courier is a plus. Please have reliable means of transportation to work. Prefer someone who lives close to North Hollywood area.
