About the Role:
Join our team at the City of Industry facility, where we manage large parcel furniture products. This is a General Labor role – no forklifts or powered equipment are used. Associates will move products using team lifts, hand trucks, dollies, and manual pallet jacks.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload and load furniture orders
Manually move and stage large, heavy goods
Repeatedly lift 75+ lbs alone; move 150+ lbs with or without assistance
Inspect products for damage and complete light assembly
Repackage and blanket wrap items as needed
Stay physically active throughout your entire shift
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and move 150+ lbs with or without team assistance
1-year minimum experience in a labor or warehouse environment preferred
Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus
Able to read and speak English for safety and communication
Must be comfortable with physical, hands-on work
