Position: Pick and Pack Team Member Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730 Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Rotational shifts on weekends and holidays (overtime pay provided).
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $17/hour
Overtime (for hours exceeding 40 per week): 1.5x pay, i.e., $25.5/hour.
Overtime opportunities available.
Job Details:
Team Size: 2-4 people
Responsibilities:
1. Pick and pack items in the warehouse according to order details.
2. Use handheld devices to locate items and verify colors and quantities.
3. Double-check order information on a computer, such as colors, sizes, and containers, to ensure accuracy.
4. Handle lightweight goods (15-20 pounds) and climb ladders as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Basic English skills (listening, speaking, and reading) to understand orders and device instructions.
2. Strong attention to detail, including the ability to quickly identify clothing colors and styles.
3. Familiarity with operating electronic devices and following instructions accurately.
4. Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
