We’re looking for a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with strong experience in day-to-day apartment repairs and upkeep. If you excel in troubleshooting and can handle a variety of repair tasks with attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Throughout the Los Angeles area
Key Responsibilities:
● Plumbing repairs: toilets, faucets, valves, garbage disposals, water heaters
● Electrical work: replacing fixtures, outlets, switches, fans
● Carpentry: drywall patching, door/window repairs, cabinets, basic flooring
● Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting common apartment issues
● Light HVAC maintenance: filter changes, troubleshooting
● Routine inspections and addressing resident repair requests
Requirements:
● 5+ years of apartment maintenance or handyman experience
● Valid CA Driver’s License
● Reliable vehicle and your own tools
● Strong problem-solving skills and a professional attitude
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
