Looking for an experienced construction worker in multiple trades for residential, indoor/outdoor projects, and light commercial projects.
Individual must be motivated and organized to run a small crew
SKILLS:
Operate various types of hand/power tools
Carpentry - rough and finish
Drywall
Painting
Rough and Finish Installation of:
Cabinets
Doors/windows
Electrical
Flooring
Plumbing
Tile
General maintance
Demo/clean up of sites
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be hard working, prompt and responsible
Must have valid drivers license
Must have reliable mode of transportation
Must be on payroll
Must have basic tools
Bilingual with Spanish/English is a plus
Ability to read blueprints is a plus
