Join our team as an Experienced Janitorial Technician! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various government buildings. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive floor cleaning, including mopping, waxing, buffing, and scuff removal.
Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Travel to various sites from Burbank to Pomona using a company vehicle.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in janitorial services, specifically floor care (waxing, buffing, mopping, etc.).
Driver’s License: Valid Class C driver’s license required.
Background Check: Must pass a background check due to work in government buildings.
Availability: Must be available to work the 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM shift.
