Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable cleaners to join our team. As a Facility Care Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.
Job duties include:
-Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping and disinfecting surfaces.
-Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
-Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
-Perform specialized cleaning duties as assigned, such as window cleaning and floor maintenance.
-Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly as per safety and usage instructions.
-Be good-natured and open to receiving instructions or corrections. Be a detail-oriented and caring person. Report any maintenance issues or damage immediately.
-Comply with health and safety regulations, following proper procedures and using necessary protective equipment.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
-Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
-Strong attention to detail and thoroughness when completing tasks.
-Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, moving equipment and supplies.
-Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
