POSITION SUMMARY
We have an open position for a full-time person who has experience with kitchen and bath cabinets. The ideal person will have experience with touch up, modification and installation of cabinets if required.
Continuous on hand training will be provided but we do ask for someone with experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned territory with little to no supervision.
The FSR works directly with Builder Construction Superintendents and Primera Customer Service to ensure cabinet installation is completed per the builder’s exception.
Manages assigned installation teams, service technicians and delivery of product if required, utilizing company resources to provide high-quality service to our customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. At times, the FSR will inspects upcoming installation production homes to measure for cabinets layout and assure the layout is accurate and no obstructions will affect the installation. - notifies Builder’s Superintendents and Field Operations Manager of any potential obstacles prior to installation for a solution.
2. Monitors installation progress and facilitates any necessary actions for successful job completion.
3. Manages Timeliness of Installations as well as Quality standards during installation.
4. Facilitates Quality Assurance Punch Lists via iPad software on the work performed. Documents completed work with pictures and orders any necessary parts. Provides a filled-out punch list and pictures of the installation to the Job Site Superintendent and Primera Customer Service on any replacement parts and status of installation.
5. Performs all necessary touch up of cabinets using Mohawk stain / paint sprays cans, putty and fill sticks to ensure cabinets are presentable to the job site Superintendent and Primera’s expectation of a “Homeowner” ready installation.
6. Speaks with job site Superintend and arrange any necessary change orders due additional work performed.
7. FSR’s also perform all functions of Service Technicians if required as their duties as FSR. These duties are listed below. They include but are not limited to:
CABINETS
The FSR performs production service and homeowner appointments. These include warranty calls as well as repairing of trade damage, installing late ordered or missing parts. Install cabinets, crown, and all missing cabinet parts as needed after initial installation. Touch up and adjust cabinets as needed for after installation for a homeowner ready house. Pick up and deliver parts to installers as needed to complete installs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. High school graduate or the equivalent (GED).
2. Minimum three (3) years’ experience performing managerial/leadership functions in a construction related field or Territory Management.
3. Excellent organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
4. Excellent decision-making skills.
5. Excellent technical competence of cabinet installation and repair.
6. Installation experience of cabinets, moldings and hardware.
7. Own power tools necessary to install cabinets, parts if necessary.
8. Ability to repair quality defects, dings, blemishes on cabinets. (Training will also be provided)
9. Understand and enforce company and builder policy and procedure (including safety, HR, etc.).
10. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment and on your own at time.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
12. Use of an iPad to verify installation layouts (Blueprint) and receive and send emails.
13. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
14. Proven skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
15. Excellent industry knowledge (including understanding the installation process, quality standards, etc.).
16. Plans, carries out, and accepts responsibilities with minimal direction.
