Pay: $20-$23/hr depending on experience
Shift: Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 pm // On call for alternating weekends // lots of OT opportunity
Job Description
We are seeking driven and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team. As an Emergency Service Technician, you will be responsible for a range of restoration tasks, responding to emergencies, and maintaining high standards in every project.
Responsibilities
Fire Damage: board up, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning, and pack out
Water Damage: extraction, drying, minor demolition, and pack out
Trash removal
Material/supply delivery
Mold Remediation
On-call rotation for new emergency calls
Maintain high quality and standards of the department
Strengthen the company's image with each customer and their insurance carrier
Assessment and Inspection: evaluate the extent of damage to buildings and structures
Emergency Response: quickly respond to emergency calls involving significant property damage
Damage Control: implement immediate measures to prevent further damage
Restoration Work: perform tasks such as water extraction, drying out structures, and cleaning up after fire damage
Demolition: safely dismantle and remove damaged parts of a structure
Mold Remediation: identify and address mold issues caused by water damage
Documentation: maintain detailed records of the damage, work performed, and materials used
Follow safety protocols and regulations
Quality Assurance: ensure that all restoration and construction work meets industry standards and client expectations
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration
Proficient in English communication and documentation
IICRC Certification is a plus
