1. Fire Debris Removal Crew

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently remove fire debris, hazardous materials, and structural remnants.

Assist with selective or complete demolition and cleanup.

Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, loaders, etc.) and other specialized tools.

Strictly follow safety protocols (OSHA, PPE usage, hazard awareness).

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

1 Year of experience in construction/demolition or cleanup.

OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER (preferred).

Ability to lift, stand, walk, and operate machinery in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

2. Fire Debris Removal Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead fire debris removal projects from initiation to completion (planning, budgeting, scheduling).

Supervise and coordinate debris removal crews, ensuring proper training and safety compliance.

Communicate with property owners, insurance reps, and stakeholders; provide regular updates.

Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and team hours.

Qualifications:

of proven project management experience in construction, restoration, or environmental services.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

PMP, OSHA 30, HAZWOPER (preferred).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software (preferred).

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

3. Fire Debris Estimator

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed site inspections to assess fire damage and debris removal needs.

Prepare comprehensive estimates of labor, equipment, and material costs.

Coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and property owners to clarify scope of work.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols for fire debris and hazardous materials.

Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, reports, and project details.
