American Cleaning & Restoration Inc is a reputable flooring services provider dedicated to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking experienced and dependable Floor Polishing Technicians to join our night crew.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare floors for polishing through cleaning, stripping or High Speed buffing during night hours.
Operate floor polishing and floor scrubber machinery safely and efficiently.
Apply polishing wax, and achieve high-gloss finishes.
Inspect floors for quality and accuracy, reporting issues as needed.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service when required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Floor Polishing Technician or in related flooring work.
Strong knowledge of Stripping and waxing floors equipment and techniques.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts consistently. 7pm to 3am
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to work in a night shift schedule.
