We are a well-established property management company in the South Bay, seeking reliable and experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities:
Perform quick unit turnovers: Prepping units for paint, removing/replacing light fixtures, blinds, faucets, patching, plumbing, etc.
Rehab vacant units to move-in ready condition.
Basic plumbing: Unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, change faucets, garbage disposals, etc.
Patch and repair walls.
General maintenance and repair as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience with property management companies strongly preferred.
Must have own tools including snake.
Ability to work quickly, independently and efficiently.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
Knowledge of AppFolio a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time employment.
Competitive pay: $22–$25/hour, depending on experience.
