So as to not waste any of your time, here are the “Deal Breakers”

(These are the reasons this position would not be a fit for you)

If you are a smoker, this position is not a fit for you.

If you have any substance abuse problem, this position is not a fit for you. (If you are a recovering alcoholic or addict and in a program with a sponsor, and have been sober for at least the past 12 months, you will be considered for the position if everything else is a fit.)

If you are irresponsible (if you don’t honor your commitments), this position is not a fit for you.

If you are unhygienic (if you do not take a shower every morning and show up wearing clean clothes fresh and ready for work), this position is not a fit for you. (Yes, construction clothes often have some permanent "signs of the trades" like PL, or a little paint, etc, and that's okay. - Your clothes just can't look like they came out of a construction dumpster.)

If you cannot be on time (at least 5 minutes early), this position is not for you.

If you have no construction and/or remodeling and/or handyman experience, this position is not for you.

If your car or truck is filled with garbage, this position is not for you.

If you do not currently possess a permanent mailing address, this position is not a fit for you.

If you just need to make some quick cash today, this position is not a fit for you.

If you do not have a bank account in your name and the ability to receive a paycheck via ACH-Debit/direct deposit, this position is not a fit for you.

If you do not have references, this position is not a fit for you.

If you do not feel 100% comfortable working on job sites with security cameras recording all activity indoors and outside, this position is not a fit for you.

If you are bothered by the level of detail of this post, this position is not a fit for you.

If you are offended by the term "handyman", this position is not a fit for you.
