Looking for a general maintenance/Landscape maintenance employee to take care of a 3 acre mall near Sofi stadium.

Landscape duties:
Cutting lawn
Trimming bushes
Pulling weeds
MAINTAINING SPRINKLERS SYSTEM (BIRD)
Turning soil
Occasionally planting of plants
Occasionally hosing
Removing leaf's from gutters and roof
General landscape maintenance
General Maintenance duties:
Daily pick up of papers/trash
Changing 5 garbage container bags
Power washing walkways, dumpster areas, stairways and ownings
Small painting jobs
Small repair of doors
Other various repairs
Washing windows
Vacuuming carpet areas
Changing light bulbs
Pick up of materials from close by Home Depot if needed.
Person should be able to drive.
Someone who lives close to our mall would be preferred.
Person must have FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE in landscaping to be considered.
Any other skilled experience will be considerer a plus.
Must speak and understand English.
