4 Replace Light Bulbs

5 Maintenance Followup Communication
6 Perform other tasks as assigned by management
7 Host Weekly Zoom Meeting
A Day Porter
1 Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
2 Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
3 Sanitizing Feces
4 Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
5 Report illegal dumping, illegal parking, illegal sleeping or other property issues to Management.
6 Perform other tasks as assigned by management
7 Weekly Property Inspection
C Qualification.
1 Excellent English Speaking and Writing - High Sch Graduate or College Student.
2 Ability to lift up 50 pounds
3 Tool and Transportation - Truck is a plus.
4 Clean and Neat Appearance
