Large shopping center near LAX seeking Handyman (Independent Contractor).
Position duties (including but not limited to):
-POWER WASHING
-Light landscaping
-Light plumbing
-Change out vanities and toilets
-Snake toilets
-Faucets exchange
-Light electrical
-Change electric light fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs
-Change out wall plugs
-Change thermostats
-Air Conditioning a plus
-Light carpentry
-Reinstall doors
-Light drywall demolition and replacement
-Door closer
-Carpet and tile installation
-Paint
-Plus other minor repairs
Requirements:
-Must have handyman experience
-Detailed and punctual
