SEEKING A HANDYMAN
Looking for a handyman who is a self-starter with the ability to work independently and complete all repairs to the HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARD. This individual will be required to handle multiple maintenance projects at various commercial without compromising attention to detail.
In addition, this person must have a positive attitude, and the ability to interact well with tenants. A strong level of professionalism is expected.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This person must have at least 3 years of experience in the following areas:
· Fluent in verbal and written English
· Basic computer skills (email and internet searches)
· Basic Plumbing
. Power Washer
.Light Landscape
· Replace door locks and hardware
· Electrical: replace gfis, ballasts, wall outlets, switches, and light fixture replacement
· Drywall repair
· HVAC maintenance a plus
· General carpentry
· Must have reliable vehicle
· Must have vehicle insurance
· Must have VALID Driver’s License
