Hardness Inspector (trainable)
Prep hardness samples using a small handheld sander or belt sander, if necessary.
Test hardness samples using hardness test equipment.
o Set the piece on the 4” square platform.
o Press button or move dial to lower hardness indenter
o Equipment measures hardness indention
o Use conversion table provided to convert measurement to reportable hardness result
Scan orders out of dept. as tests are completed and move orders to next dept.
