We're currently seeking a skilled Auto Detailer with professional experience in color sanding and polishing to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As an Auto Detailer at Plug-In Auto, your job will go beyond just washing cars. You’ll be responsible for restoring vehicle exteriors to a pristine, showroom-level finish using expert techniques. If you take pride in your craft and have a strong eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-service interior and exterior vehicle detailing
Execute professional color sanding and polishing to correct paint imperfections
Apply waxes, sealants, and protective coatings to maintain finishes
Inspect each vehicle to ensure it meets dealership quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of all detailing tools and equipment
Work closely with the service and sales teams to prioritize vehicles for delivery and display
Qualifications:
Proven experience in auto detailing with a focus on color sanding and polishing
Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and detailing best practices
Skilled with buffers, polishers, sanding blocks, and detailing products
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
