My name is Marissa and I'm in the process of relaunching my semi-national house cleaning platform, Meiidz, back up after the pandemic hit.
With that said, the organization is starting from the ground up. I am looking for the right fit of my first housecleaner to come do work orders with me until you can be ready to continue on your own, or potential become a team leader in charge of training/hiring/and over seeing regions. (Depending on your preference - all ambitions welcomed).
Housecleaning experience is NOT required. As a matter of fact, it's preferred that you don't have experience because Meiidz is NOT like your traditional house cleaning service. Our entity caters to clients needs to make their home feel like home! Whether that means laundry, organizing, deep cleaning, poopie scrubbing we don't client shame! We provide a service that isn't offered by these other standardized cleaning entities.
PAY: $20/ HOUR - SAME DAY (Plus Tips)
First Month Scheduling
Expect scheduling to be unreliable for the first month as clients start to cluster.
You will meet at my home before jobs and we will ride together to complete work orders.
You should have your own cleaning supplies and equipment!

Transparent Hiring Process:
I care more about performance than what you can say.
If we can make it through the screening process, I will schedule a session at my place (paid) to see how we mesh on cleaning collaboration.
