Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable cleaners to join our team. The primary requirement is to possess a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
3. Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
4. Perform specialized cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required (we can train candidates with limited experience).
2. Preferably bilingual or with basic English knowledge, though not required.
3. Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are mandatory.
4. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
5. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
6. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, lift/move equipment, and supplies.
7. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Work Conditions:
This position requires driving to various locations within Los Angeles County, so a reliable vehicle is essential.
May involve lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
A flexible work schedule may be required based on client needs.
