We’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professional cleaners to join our team and grow with us.
At Blissful Method, we offer high-quality cleaning and organizing services for apartments, condos, homes, and businesses across South Bay and parts of Los Angeles. We take pride in creating beautifully refreshed spaces — and we want team members who take pride in their work, too.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone who is punctual, responsible, and professional, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team — without the need for constant direction.
Requirements & Details:
- Must have your own car
- Basic English (We speak both English and Portuguese)
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Some house cleaning experience required
- We serve South Bay (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, etc.) and select LA areas
- Flexible schedule — perfect for those looking to fill a few days per week
(Must be available 8 AM – 6 PM on the days you select but you will know the schedule at least 48hrs prior to the job)
- Full paid training is provided
- You will be required to sign a W9 before starting any work and "Contractor Agreement"
Pay:
- $20/hour during training
- Increases to $25/hour or per house depending on performance
