MUST HAVE experience in writing estimates for auto repairs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: greeting customers, documenting vehicle issues, creating repair cost estimates for labor and parts, communicating these estimates to customers, obtaining approvals, and managing the billing process.
JOB DESCRIPTION: service adviser/ service writer serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and repair technicians, tracks repair progress, updates customers on changes, and ensures all necessary paperwork is completed.
SALARY: $26/hour +
WORK: Monday-Friday 8am -5pm
